Jai’s rhythmically counted vinyasa yoga class is for grounding. In this practice, every movement is synchronized with the breath, creating a meditative and mindful experience. With a teaching style influenced by the Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga Methods, he brings a strong and dynamic energy to the yoga room. Concentration on the breath will leave you feeling at peace and deeply connected to the present moment.
This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced practitioners.

Jai has been teaching professionally for 29 years. He has previously worked with the New York Yankees during the 2000 and 2001 seasons, traveling full time with the team and has a World Series Championship ring from the 2000 Subway Series, where the Yanks defeated the Mets in five games. Jai believes that the best healers are great listeners, and his work is deeply intuitive. Using the language of touch, he is guided by his client’s vibration, through their anatomy to release trapped energy. Jai hopes to inspire others on the path to optimal health, by teaching daily practice.
